25 Scorpio Constellation Tattoo Designs, Ideas and Meanings

Scorpio Constellation is one of the Thirteen Zodiac constellations.

People have been studying the skies for centuries wondered what were those shining tiny dots in the sky. Way before the telescopes were invented, ancient astronomers used to track the movement of objects and stars in the sky and over time they noticed that certain stars kept their positions in the skies and their patterns and images reflected our lives. They connected the stars with lines and these arrangements of stars then grouped into Constellations that formed an imaginary outline or pattern on the celestial sphere, typically representing an animal, mythological person or creature, a god, or an inanimate object. As of today, there are 88 official constellations. Most of their names came from the ancient Greek mythology. In this article, we’re going to talk about the history and the meaning of Scorpio constellation tattoos.
